PETNET and Medovation Sign an Exclusive Software Licensing and Distribution Agreement

KNOXVILLE, TN - November 1, 2002 - PETNET Pharmaceuticals, a medical innovations company specializing in the creation of molecular probes central to positron emission tomography (PET) imaging, and Medovation, a leading medical software development company specializing in the nuclear medicine and PET industries, have signed an agreement to distribute Medovation's RadRunner software. With this agreement, PETNET will be the exclusive distributor for the RadRunner software in the PET industry. PETNET will expand its toolbox of offerings to help customers increase their operational efficiency.

RadRunner is a leading dose management system that provides powerful data tracking and reporting, and gives active assistance throughout PET and Nuclear Medicine departments. The software runs natively on multiple platforms utilizing existing hardware. Flexible configurations provide for stand-alone use or affordable department-wide networking. RadRunner can work in conjunction with the companion software, RadMonitor, which allows physicists and RSOs unparalleled facility-monitoring capabilities from anywhere in the world.

A license to use this powerful software suite will be extended at no charge to customers who are under contract with PETNET Pharmaceuticals, Inc. RadRunner will continue to be available to nuclear medicine departments through other distributors such as Technology Imaging Services.
