The interactive help systems in our software provide three ways of finding needed information.

Field Level Help: Gives detailed description regarding the field, including examples of data entry formats. Click the question mark near the field/button you need help with.

Screen Level Help: Gives detailed information regarding the entire screen. Click the Help button with question mark in the footer to access our help system.

How To's: Provides step-by-step instructions on performing all procedural tasks. How-to's are available in the on-screen help system index.

Training Video
Our software installation disc contains a complete set of training videos. The training videos give visual guidance and demonstrate through interactivity how to use all areas of the software.

ONLINE SUPPORT

Live Web-Based Training and Demos
We provide live instructor-led software training and demonstrations via the Internet. The sessions are scheduled as needed. Call our Technical Support Desk for more information.
